You will represent People and Community needs in cross-functional decisions, ensuring secure, compliant, and equitable data-driven outcomes.

The role leads the HR systems & analytics team, oversees budgeting and vendor management, and advises senior leaders on platform investments and responsible AI practices

Qualifications

• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise with Workday configuration, security, testing and support.
• Experience with HR data governance, reporting, dashboards, audits, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the multi-year technology strategy for People Systems and Workforce Insights.
• Oversee HR systems governance, data, security, integrations, and vendor performance.
• Manage budgeting, contracts, renewals and partner integrations.
