CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to lead the strategy and governance of our HRIS and analytics platforms. This remote role supports a national scope with cross-functional collaboration across People, Technology, Finance and Legal to drive secure, compliant, data-driven workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HRIS, reporting, or enterprise programs.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on Workday configuration, security, testing, and integrations.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with vendors and budgets.
• Strong data governance, security, and compliance in HR systems.
• Proven change management and project leadership across large initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business insights.

• Set multi-year technology strategy for People Systems & Workforce Insights.
• Lead governance for HR systems configuration, security, and data.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and vendor relationships.
• Represent People & Community in enterprise technology forums.
• Develop and lead HR systems and analytics teams.
• Shape workforce reporting and executive analytics for leadership.
• Ensure data protection and compliant AI practices.
• Improve platform reliability and self-service for employees.
