Job summary

Uber, the global mobility platform, is seeking a Sr. Manager of Payment Implementations to lead end-to-end payment initiatives across markets. You will coordinate with Payments, Product, Engineering, and external partners to deliver reliable payment changes and new market launches.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial services
5+ years in the global payments ecosystem — cards, wallets, APMs, regulatory landscape
Experience leading complex technical payment implementations at a global scale

Responsibilities

Lead payment implementations end to end from requirements to launch.
Own card payment launch readiness including processor setup and production rollout.
Drive PSP and processing implementations with partners across product and engineering.
Establish scalable processes, playbooks, controls and launch standards across products and markets.
Define technical requirements with product and engineering and ensure observability before launch.
Coordinate with Payments, Partnership, Engineering, Operations and Finance to meet launch timelines.
Identify and mitigate implementation risk across processing, regulatory and customer experience.
Provide senior-level expertise on payment processing decisions and tradeoffs.
Drive initiatives through cross-functional ownership, keeping programs on track.
