The role owns market launches, processor integrations, and scalable processes, requiring strong stakeholder management and strategic execution across products and markets. Candidates should have deep payments expertise and executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in payments/fintech or financial services, with partnerships or commercial focus
• Global payments ecosystem knowledge: card networks, acquiring, digital wallets, APMs, regulatory landscape
• Proven track record leading complex payment implementations at scale
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution delivery
• Executive communication and cross-functional influence without direct authority
• Experience launching payment capabilities across new markets or lines of business

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payment implementations, translating requirements into plans and driving testing and launch
• Own card payment launch readiness, processor setups and production rollout
• Drive PSP and processing implementations with cross-functional partners
• Establish scalable processes, playbooks, controls, and launch standards for consistency across products and markets
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define technical requirements and observability before launch
• Coordinate across Payments, Partnerships, Engineering, Operations, Finance to meet launch timelines
• Identify and mitigate implementation risk related to processing, regulatory and customer experience
