Qualifications

• Proven track record managing senior partner relationships and leading complex commercial negotiations globally.
• Experience shaping strategic payment partnerships and driving business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop executive-level relationships with Uber's critical global payment partners.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for partner issues and ensure ongoing relationship health.
• Lead QBRs, annual planning sessions, and executive engagement with top-tier partners.
• Monitor partner performance against KPIs and drive accountability on both sides.
• Collaborate with product, risk, finance, and regional teams to implement payment capabilities.
