Job summary

Uber moves money at scale across 85+ countries. We seek a Head of Payment Partnerships to own relationships and strategy with strategic partners globally, bridging product, commercial, and operations.

You will lead executive engagement, negotiate master agreements, and shape the payments roadmap while working with product, risk, finance and regional teams to scale Uber's payments footprint.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in payments/fintech with partnership or commercial focus.
• Deep familiarity with global payments ecosystem (networks, acquiring, wallets, APMs).
• Proven track record managing senior partner relationships and global negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive relationships with Uber's most critical global payment partners.
• Lead QBRs, annual planning sessions, and executive engagement with top-tier partners.
• Define and execute Uber's global payments partnership strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Drive commercial negotiations for master agreements, pricing structures, and incentives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Risk and Compliance on partner integrations.
