Job summary

Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking a Head of Payment Partnerships to own relationships with global payment partners across networks, acquirers, wallets, and BNPL providers. This role sits at the crossroads of product, commercial, and global operations to shape Uber's payments infrastructure.

You will lead executive engagement, define strategic partnerships, and drive negotiations at the highest level while collaborating with regional leads and product teams to scale Uber's payments footprint.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in payments/fintech or financial services
• Global partnerships experience at senior level
• Proven track record in managing senior partner relationships and complex negotiations

Responsibilities

• Own executive relationships with Uber's global payment partners
• Lead QBRs, annual planning, and executive engagement with top-tier partners
• Monitor partner performance against commercial and operational KPIs
• Define and execute Uber's global payments partnership strategy
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Risk and Compliance
• Lead and mentor a team of partnership managers
