Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Manager, Partner Program Operations to lead the Global Partner Program Operations team. You will own onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, incentives, and co-sell protection while unifying operations across BRD/SOP ownership and automation design.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Partner/Channel Operations.
• 2+ years of people management or leading teams/programs.
• Experience standing up or scaling operations from the ground up.
• Comfort translating between business and technical teams (BRDs, PRM/CRM).
• Strong analytical and program management discipline with multi-workstreams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a small team for Global Partner Program operations.
• Own onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, incentives, and governance for GPP.
• Redefine Sales Ops remit, BRD/SOP ownership, and automation design.
• Oversee partner tiering, segmentation, comp plans, and engagement rules.
• Collaborate with Partner Program Design, Sales, Data & Systems Engineering, Enablement, Finance, and Legal.
• Drive readiness for the GPP launch and migration of legacy partners.
