Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Manager of Partner Program Operations (remote, Maine region) to lead a small team responsible for the Global Partner Program. You will own onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, incentives, and governance to ensure alignment across Sales, Systems, and Finance.

You will transition steady-state execution from PMO, design automation, and manage co-sell protections. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Program Management, Partner/Channel Operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build & Lead the Team: hire, onboard, and manage a small mixed team; set priorities and grow the team as scope scales.
• Own GPP Operations End to End: manage onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, incentives, support, and governance.
• Redefine the Sales Ops Remit for GPP: transition steady-state execution from PMO; BRD/SOP ownership and automation design.
• Program & Incentive Ops: execute partner tiering, segmentation, comp plans, and engagement rules.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: partner with Design, Sales, Data/Systems Eng, Enablement, Finance, Legal.
• Launch Readiness: drive execution for GPP launch and migration of legacy partners.
