Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Manager, Partner Program Operations to lead the Global Partner Program operations within the Intuit Partner Suite. You will own onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, incentives, co-sell protection, and governance to keep partner programs aligned with sales.

You will hire and coach a small team, partner with Design, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Systems Engineering, and drive the launch readiness and migration of legacy partners to the new platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Program Management, Partner/Channel Ops, or related field.
• 2+ years of people management experience or demonstrated team leadership.
• Experience standing up or scaling an operations function from the ground up.
• Comfort owning BRD/CRM/automation scope without being an engineer.
• Strong analytical and program-management discipline for multi-workstreams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build & lead the team: hire, onboard, coach, and size the team as scope grows.
• Own GPP operations end-to-end: onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, support, incentives, governance.
• Redefine the Sales Ops remit for GPP: BRD/SOP ownership, incentive design, automation.
• Program & incentive ops: tiering, segmentation, comp plans, rules of engagement.
• Cross-functional partnership: work with Partner Sales, Finance, Legal, Enablement, and IT.
• Launch readiness: drive execution for GPP launch and migration of legacy partners.
