Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Manager, Partner Program Operations to lead the Global Partner Program (GPP) operations, including onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, incentives, and governance.

You will build and scale a small team, transition BRD/SOP ownership, and partner with Sales, Data & Systems Engineering, Enablement, Finance, and Legal to align policies and processes across the IPS platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Partner/Channel Operations.
• 2+ years of people leadership or equivalent experience building teams.
• Experience standing up or scaling operations from the ground up.
• Comfort with BRDs, PRM/CRM platforms, and automation without engineering.
• Strong analytical and program-management discipline with multi-workstream cadence.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Global Partner Program Operations team.
• Own onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, incentives, and governance for the GPP.
• Transition steady-state technical execution and BRD/SOP ownership.
• Oversee incentive design, wholesale billing, MDF, and related tooling.
• Coordinate across Design, Sales, Data & Systems Engineering, Enablement, Finance, and Legal.
• Drive launch readiness and migration of legacy partners to IPS.
