Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Manager to lead Partner Program Operations for the Global Partner Program.

You will build the team, own onboarding and lifecycle, tiering, incentives, and governance, and serve as the cross-functional bridge into Systems, Engineering, and SOP ownership. You will shape the operat ing model, drive policy alignment, and manage cross-functional program execution with strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• Operations Leadership: 7+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Ops, Program Management, or Partner/Channel Ops.
• People Management: 2+ years leading teams, contractors, or cross-functional programs.
• Zero-to-One Builder: Experience standing up or scaling ops from the ground up (process, systems, team).
• Technical Fluency: Comfortable with BRDs, PRM/CRM platforms, automation, translating between business and tech.
• Program Rigor: Able to run multi-workstream cadence (WBR/QBR) and hold partners accountable.
• Executive Communication: Strong stakeholder management with credibility to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build & Lead the Team: Hire, onboard, manage a small mix of FTEs and contractors; scale the team with the GPP scope.
• Own GPP Operations End to End: Manage onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, incentives, and governance across the program.
• Redefine Sales Ops Remit for GPP: Transition steady-state execution to the team; own BRD/SOP ownership and incentive design.
• Program & Incentive Ops: Execute partner tiering, segmentation, comp plans, and engagement rules.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Represent the function with Design, Sales, Data & Systems Eng, Enablement, Finance, Legal.
• Launch Readiness: Drive execution for the Global Partner Program launch and migration of legacy partners.
