Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Manager, Partner Program Operations to build and lead the team running the Global Partner Program (GPP) within the Intuit Partner Suite (IPS).

You will own onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, incentives, and governance, coordinating with Systems/Engineering, BRD, and SOP owners. This ground-floor role involves hiring, coaching, and shaping the operating model, plus cross-functional partnership with Finance, Legal, Enablement, and Sales to align partner strategy with business

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Program Management, Partner/Channel Operations, or related field.
• 2+ years of people management, or experience leading teams/contractors.
• Experience standing up or scaling an operations function from the ground up (process, systems, team).
• Comfort owning technical/systems-adjacent scope (BRDs, PRM/CRM, automation).
• Strong analytical and program-management discipline with multi-workstream cadence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management with executives.

Responsibilities

• Build & Lead the Team: Hire, onboard, and manage a small mixed team; set priorities and scale staffing as needed.
• Own GPP Operations End to End: manage onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, incentives, and governance across the program.
• Redefine the Sales Ops Remit for GPP: oversee BRD/SOP ownership, incentive, and automation design; unify operating model.
• Program & Incentive Ops: execute partner tiering, segmentation, compensation plans, and rules of engagement.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: represent operations with Design, Sales, Data/Systems Engineering, Enablement, Finance, and Legal.
• Launch Readiness: drive readiness for the Global Partner Program launch and migration of legacy partners.
