Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Manager, Partner Program Operations to lead the Global Partner Program operations, including onboarding, lifecycle management, tiering, incentives, and governance across partner tracks.

You will own the Sales Ops remit for GPP, coordinating BRD/SOP ownership, incentive design, and automation, while building and coaching a small team in a ground-floor operating model.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Program Management, Partner/Channel Operations, or a related field.
• 2+ years of people management experience, or demonstrated experience building and leading teams, contractors, or cross‑functional programs.
• Zero-to-One Builder: proven experience standing up or scaling an operations function from the ground up.
• Technical Fluency: comfortable with BRDs, PRM/CRM platforms, and automation without being an engineer.
• Program Rigor: strong analytical and program-management discipline with multi-workstream cadence (WBR/QBR).
• Executive Communication: excellent stakeholder-management skills to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build & Lead the Team: Hire, onboard, and manage a small mixed team; set priorities and scale the team.
• Own GPP Operations End to End: onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, support, and governance.
• Redefine the Sales Ops Remit: BRD/SOP ownership, incentive and automation design, unified model.
• Program & Incentive Ops: execute partner tiering, segmentation, comp plans, and rules of engagement.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: represent operations with Design, Sales, Data, Finance, Legal.
• Launch Readiness: drive execution for the GPP launch and migrate legacy partners.
