Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Program Management, Partner/Channel Operations, or related field.
• 2+ years of people management experience or leading teams/cross-functional programs.
• Zero-to-One builder: stood up or scaled an operations function from scratch.
• Comfort with BRDs, PRM/CRM platforms, and automation; translate between business and tech.
• Strong analytical and program-management discipline with multi-workstream cadence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management at VP level and above.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and lead a small mixed team for GPP.
• Own end-to-end GPP operations: onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, incentives, and governance.
• Redefine Sales Ops remit: BRD/SOP ownership, incentive design, and automation.
• Program and incentive ops: tiering, segmentation, and rules of engagement.
• Collaborate across Finance, Legal, Data, and Systems Engineering to align programs.
• Drive launch readiness and migration of legacy partners to the new platform.
