Job summary

Vialto is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Equity & Reward to lead the design, implementation, and governance of multinational equity compensation programs. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll and Tax across regions, delivering compliant, scalable solutions that align with client business goals.

In this global role, you’ll manage cross-border projects with senior stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and develop analytics to track participation and market trends.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in equity compensation or global reward.
• Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts.
• Strong PM and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with equity platforms and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax teams to implement processes for equity administration, reporting, and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Client Delivery & Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for client projects—managing timelines, deliverables, and quality standards while building trusted relationships.
• Compliance & Risk Oversight: Help establish governance frameworks, maintain documentation, and coordinate year-end reporting for equity programs globally.
• Equity Program Management: Support the design and rollout of global equity plans, ensuring alignment with market practices, compliance requirements, and client objectives.
• Team Development: Mentor junior team members, review work for accuracy, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
• Insights & Analytics: Support development of dashboards and reporting tools to track participation, compliance, and market trends.
