Job summary

Vialto is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Equity & Reward to lead end-to-end equity compensation projects for multinational clients, from design through implementation and compliance, partnering with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Tax.

Working within a global hub model with specialists in 70+ jurisdictions, you’ll ensure governance, cross-border alignment, and strategic execution to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in equity compensation or global reward.
• Experience rolling out multi-country share plans.
• Strong PM and stakeholder skills.
• Familiarity with equity administration platforms.
• Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional equity administration across jurisdictions.
• Lead client delivery and manage project timelines and quality.
• Establish governance and year-end reporting for equity programs.
• Support design and rollout of global equity plans.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure accuracy.
• Develop dashboards and analytics for participation and trends.
