Job summary

Vialto is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Equity & Reward to lead innovative equity compensation solutions for multinational clients. You will manage projects across the full lifecycle of global share plans—design, implementation, and compliance—collaborating with senior HR, Finance, Payroll, and Tax stakeholders.

You’ll work within a global hub model with core teams in the US, UK, and Australia, supported by in-country specialists across 70+ jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in equity compensation or global reward.
• Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance processes.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax teams to implement processes for equity administration, reporting, and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Client Delivery & Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for client projects—managing timelines, deliverables, and quality standards while building trusted relationships.
• Compliance & Risk Oversight: Help establish governance frameworks, maintain documentation, and coordinate year-end reporting for equity programs globally.
• Equity Program Management: Support the design and rollout of global equity plans, ensuring alignment with market practices, compliance requirements, and client objectives.
• Team Development: Mentor junior team members, review work for accuracy, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
• Insights & Analytics: Support development of dashboards and reporting tools to track participation, compliance, and market trends.
