Job summary

Vialto is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Equity & Reward to lead multinational equity compensation programs, from design through compliance, across regions. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Tax to implement scalable processes, manage client projects, and ensure governance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in equity compensation, global reward, or related field.
• Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance processes.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations.
• Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax to implement processes for equity administration, reporting, and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Manage client projects—timelines, deliverables, and quality standards while building trusted relationships.
• Help establish governance frameworks, maintain documentation, and coordinate year-end reporting for equity programs globally.
• Support the design and rollout of global equity plans, ensuring alignment with market practices and client objectives.
• Mentor junior team members, review work for accuracy, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
• Support development of dashboards and reporting tools to track participation, compliance, and market trends.
