Job summary

Vialto is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Equity & Reward to drive innovative equity compensation solutions for multinational clients. You will manage projects across the full lifecycle of global share plans, collaborating with HR, Finance, Payroll and Tax to ensure design, implementation, and compliance.

You’ll work in a global hub model with teams in the US, UK, and Australia, enabling cross-border collaboration and growth while maintaining strong governance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in equity compensation, global reward, or related field.
• Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance processes.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations.
• Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax teams to implement processes for equity administration, reporting, and compliance across jurisdictions.
