Job summary

Vialto seeks a Manager, Global Equity & Reward to design and deliver innovative equity compensation solutions for multinational clients. You will manage full lifecycle projects from design to compliance, collaborating with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Tax leaders.

As part of a global hub model with teams in the US, UK, Australia, and in-country specialists, you will drive governance, reporting, and execution across jurisdictions while maintaining high standards of client service and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in equity compensation, global reward, or related field.
• Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance processes.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, Finance, Tax) to implement global equity processes.
• Lead client projects: timelines, deliverables, and quality across jurisdictions.
• Establish governance, maintain documentation, and coordinate year-end reporting for equity programs globally.
• Support design and rollout of global equity plans aligned with market practices and client objectives.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track participation, compliance, and market trends.
