Qualifications

• Professional knowledge of current developments and trends within work-life and wellness programs.
• Ability to coordinate and administer multiple programs within allocated budget.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience supervising staff in a university/Higher-Ed setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and promote work-life and wellness programs for university employees.
• Partner with vendors, campus units and stakeholders to deliver programs and events.
• Budget, contract negotiations and financial tracking for wellness initiatives.
• Supervise Work Life & Wellness staff and two Wellness Specialists.

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
