You will oversee program development, partner with campus units and vendors, and manage two Wellness Specialists to deliver services for 15,000+ employees.

Responsibilities include contract negotiation, budgeting, risk assessment and ensuring high-quality program delivery across benefits, work-life and healthy living initiatives
