Job summary

Woodard & Curran is seeking a Benefits & Wellness Manager to lead the benefits portfolio and wellbeing programs. You will partner with HR peers, manage vendor relations, and ensure compliant, competitive benefits offerings for employees.

The role reports to the Chief People Officer and collaborates with Compensation, Recruiting, Payroll, and HR Tech teams. You will design programs, implement best practices, and influence a healthy, inclusive culture across the organization while guiding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, HR, or related field with 8–10 years experience in benefits, or 14+ years in relevant roles.
• CEBS or equivalent certification preferred.
• Self-insured benefit plan experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of HRIS systems.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic organization.
• Operational execution and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment and benefits regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all benefit programs and plans (health, wellbeing, disability, leave, retirement, life insurance, voluntary benefits).
• Lead the Benefits & Wellbeing Program and manage the Benefits & Wellbeing Team.
• Partner with the HR team on enrollment, configurations, onboarding, and analysis.
• Ensure vendor management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Drive strategy, project management, and open enrollment initiatives.
