Job summary

UNC -Chapel Hill in Chapel Hill, NC, seeks a Senior Total WellBeing Manager to develop and promote work-life and wellness programs offered through the Office of Human Resources. The role spans core benefits, work-life, healthy living, family, financial, education and community service, partnering with campus units and vendors.

You will lead Work Life & Wellness staff, oversee program logistics, negotiate with providers and ensure budgeting and reporting meet university objectives and audience

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s and 0-2 years’ experience; or combination of related education and experience.
• Experience in work-life and wellness programs preferred.
• Ability to coordinate and administer multi-faceted programs within resources and budget.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to review, summarize and analyze business operations and data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote wellness programs for university employees.
• Manage Work Life & Wellness staff, overseeing development, planning and administration of programs.
• Partner with vendors to plan, produce and implement programs.
• Negotiate contracts with program providers and facilitators.
• Provide budgeting and financial tracking reports and communications.
