Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Chicago seeks a Senior Manager for Sales & CRM Transformation to lead complex engagements in transforming how organizations sell and serve customers. You will advise on CRM strategy, sales operating models, and agentic AI, collaborating with executives and delivery teams across Salesforce, Dynamics 365, and related platforms.

You will shape pursuits, manage governance, and drive value realization while ensuring delivery accountability.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in CRM and sales transformation.
• Leading Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 programs through production and adoption.
• Practical understanding of agentic and generative AI in sales; governance and human-in-the-loop.
• Experience with design thinking, journey mapping, or service design; stakeholder workshops.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; willing to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise CRM and sales transformation engagements across Salesforce and Dynamics 365.
• Design future-state sales operating models and transformation roadmaps to increase revenue per employee.
• Shape AI-enabled sales strategies with agentic AI and proactive insights.
• Bring design thinking and service blueprinting to ensure adoption.
• Co-lead business development: proposals, estimation, executive presentations.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams and contribute to assets and alliances.
