Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Seattle seeks a Senior Manager, Sales & CRM Transformation to lead complex engagements modernizing how organizations sell and serve customers. You will shape CRM strategy, operating models, and AI-enabled selling across Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and related tools, aligning business and tech stakeholders from executive to practitioner levels.

You’ll drive design thinking, journey mapping, and value realization while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and pursuing

Qualifications

• Strong AI literacy including core and generative AI concepts applied to enterprise transformation.
• Demonstrated experience leading CRM and sales transformation programs.
• Proven ability to communicate at executive level and drive delivery accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise CRM and sales transformation engagements across Salesforce and Dynamics 365.
• Design future-state operating models and seller journeys to increase revenue per employee.
• Shape AI-enabled sales strategies and governance with human oversight.
• Co-lead business development, proposals, and executive presentations.
