Capgemini Invent in the United States seeks a Senior Manager to lead CRM and sales transformation engagements, advising on CRM strategy, seller productivity, and AI-enabled capabilities across Salesforce, Dynamics 365, and adjacent sales technologies.

You will engage with leadership to shape pursuits, manage delivery, and drive value realization while guiding cross‑functional teams through design thinking and governance. This role emphasizes client outcomes and scalable solutions.

Qualificações

• Seven or more years in CRM and sales transformation or related fields.
• Experience leading Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 programs through production and adoption.
• Experience with agentic and generative AI applications in sales.
• Experience leading teams and client relationships, including proposals and executive presentations.
• Design thinking, journey mapping, or service design experience; ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise CRM and sales transformation engagements across Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 through current-state assessment, strategy, implementation, adoption, and value realization.
• Design future-state sales operating models, seller journeys, and transformation roadmaps to increase revenue per employee.
• Shape AI-enabled sales strategies with agentic AI, proactive insights, and next-best-action grounded in Customer 360 data.
• Bring design thinking and service blueprinting to drive adoption over mere compliance.
• Co-lead business development, including client discovery, proposals, and executive presentations, while safeguarding delivery margin.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across design, solution architecture, data, and change management; contribute assets and alliances.
