Job summary

Capgemini Invent - frog seeks a Senior Manager, Sales & CRM Transformation to lead CRM and sales transformation engagements across Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will design future-state sales operating models, drive AI-enabled strategies, and collaborate with executives to ensure adoption and value realization.

You will steer multidisciplinary teams through workshops, architecture decisions, and governance, ensuring scalable, data-driven outcomes for client revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong AI literacy and understanding of enterprise transformation.
• Proven experience leading CRM and sales transformations.
• Experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 programs and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise CRM and sales transformation engagements across Salesforce and Dynamics 365.
• Design future-state sales operating models and roadmaps to increase revenue per employee.
• Shape AI-enabled sales strategies with governance and human handoff.
• Apply design thinking and service design to ensure adopted solutions.
• Co-lead business development from discovery to proposals and scope.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across design, solution architecture, engineering, data, and change management.
