Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Sales & CRM Transformation in the US to lead complex CRM and revenue transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. You will drive strategy, design operating models, and oversee delivery across Salesforce and Dynamics 365, with AI-enhanced approaches.

You will collaborate with leadership to shape pursuits, manage stakeholder workshops, and ensure value realization, while guiding cross‑functional teams through adoption and governance,

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in CRM and sales transformation or related enterprise technology transformation.
• Demonstrated experience leading Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 programs through production and adoption.
• Practical understanding of agentic and generative AI applications in sales, including governance and human-in-the-loop.
• At least five years of leading teams or major workstreams with client engagement contributions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; willingness to travel up to 30% (MBA or related advanced degree preferred).
• Relevant Salesforce or Microsoft certifications; experience with adjacent platforms (e.g., Xactly, Varicent, Spiff, Clari) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise CRM and sales transformation engagements across Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365, from current‑state assessment and strategy through implementation, production, adoption, and value realization.
• Design future‑state sales operating models, seller journeys, and transformation roadmaps to increase revenue per employee and reduce seller friction.
• Shape AI‑enabled sales strategies involving agentic AI, agent assist, next best action, and Customer 360 data with governance and handoff.
• Bring design thinking, journey mapping and service blueprinting to ensure solutions are adopted and valued.
• Co‑lead business development: client discovery, proposals, RFP responses, solution design, estimation, executive presentations, and safeguarding delivery margin.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across design, architecture, engineering, data, change management, and business transformation; contribute to practice with reusable assets and alliance relationships.
