Job summary

Capgemini Invent, in collaboration with frog, seeks a Senior Manager, Sales & CRM Transformation to lead enterprise CRM programs and AI-enabled sales transformations. You will advise on CRM strategy, operating models, and governance while driving value realization across multiple stakeholders.

Role requires deep experience with Salesforce and Dynamics 365, strong design thinking, and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. Travel up to 30% may be required in a global client ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in CRM and sales transformation or related consulting.
• Proven leadership of Salesforce or Dynamics 365 programs through production and adoption.
• Experience with AI applications in sales and governance with human handoff.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise CRM and sales transformations across Salesforce and Dynamics 365 from strategy to value realization.
• Design future-state sales operating models and seller journeys to boost revenue per employee.
• Shape AI-enabled sales strategies with governance and executive oversight.
• Co-lead business development, proposals, and client presentations while safeguarding margins.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams and contribute reusable assets and partner relationships.
