Qualifications

• Seven+ years in CRM and sales transformation, or related enterprise technol­ogy programs.
• Proven leadership of Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 programs through production and adoption.
• Practical understanding of agentic and generative AI in sales and governance.
• Experience applying design thinking, journey mapping, or service design.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise CRM and sales transformation engagements across Salesforce and Dynamics 365 from strategy to adoption.
• Design future-state sales models, journeys, and transformation roadmaps to reduce friction and grow revenue.
• Co-lead business development, proposals, and client presentations while protecting delivery margin.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams and contribute to reusable assets and partnerships.
