Job summary
Travere Therapeutics in San Diego, with remote-friendly flexibility, seeks an Associate Director for Collaboration & Web Services (M365 Platform Lead). You will own the Microsoft 365 collaboration environment, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive, directing governance and platform modernization with MSP oversight.
You will balance strategic leadership with hands-on engineering, driving the intranet, enterprise search, and Viva initiatives while ensuring security and regulatory
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/IS/Business or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise collaboration and 365 platforms.
- Experience leading technical and governance initiatives for Microsoft 365.
Responsibilities
- Set long-term strategy and roadmaps for SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, intranet, and enterprise search.
- Provide leadership for Teams collaboration, including meetings, guest access, and external sharing.
- Perform hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of Microsoft 365 platforms.
- Oversee intranet product direction, templates, taxonomy, and publishing standards.
- Ensure governance, identity, access, lifecycle, and information protection aligned with regulatory controls.
