Job summary

Travere Therapeutics in San Diego, CA, seeks an Associate Director to lead the Microsoft 365 collaboration platform. You will guide strategy, architecture, and governance for SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and intranet capabilities, while hands-on solving complex configuration and optimization tasks.

You will oversee MSP delivery, own platform roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable digital workplace adoption. Occasional travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in enterprise collaboration and Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Experience as technical lead and hands-on engineer for Microsoft 365 platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term strategy, architecture, roadmap, and operating model for SharePoint Online and Teams
• Provide strategic and technical leadership for Teams collaboration platform
• Perform hands-on configuration, engineering, and advanced troubleshooting
• Own intranet and enterprise search product direction and backlogs
• Establish platform governance, identity, access, and records management
• Lead migrations and platform modernization projects
• Coordinate training and change management with business units
• Direct MSP and vendor delivery with architectural validation
