Job summary
Travere Therapeutics in San Diego (remote-friendly) is seeking an Associate Director for Collaboration & Web Services to lead the Microsoft 365 platform strategy and delivery. You will own the SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, intranet, and enterprise search roadmap, balancing hands-on engineering with vendor management while guiding MSP partners.
The role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to translate business needs into scalable collaboration solutions, with travel up to 10%
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in enterprise collaboration and Microsoft 365 platforms.
- Experience as technical lead and hands-on engineer for 365 collaboration platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead long-term strategy, architecture, and roadmap for SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, intranet, search, and Viva capabilities.
- Provide strategic and technical leadership for Teams including guest access and external collaboration.
- Perform hands-on configuration, engineering, and advanced troubleshooting while overseeing MSP delivery.
- Own intranet and enterprise search product direction, backlogs, releases, and information architecture.
- Establish platform governance, lifecycle, records, and information-protection standards; support regulatory requirements.
