Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Collaboration & Web Services (M365 Platform Lead) in San Diego with deep expertise in SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive enterprise collaboration experience.
• Demonstrated leadership for Microsoft 365 platforms and hands-on engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term strategy, architecture, roadmaps for SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, intranet, and Viva capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership for Teams collaboration including chat, channels, meetings, and external collaboration.
• Perform hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization while guiding MSP delivery.
• Own intranet and enterprise search product direction, information architecture, and publishing standards.
• Establish governance, identity, access, lifecycle, records, and data protection standards; support 21 CFR Part 11 and SOX controls.
• Oversee migrations and platform modernization, including migrations from Egnyte to SharePoint.
• Coordinate training and change management with site owners and content stewards.
• Manage MSP scope, SLAs, change control, and knowledge transfer while maintaining technical ownership.
