Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director for Collaboration & Web Services (M365 Platform Lead) in San Diego. You will own the Microsoft 365 collaboration platform, lead architecture, and guide the intranet and enterprise search.

This hands-on role balances strategy with hands-on engineering and MSP oversight. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in enterprise collaboration, strong technical depth in SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive, and the ability to navigate regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and job experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise collaboration and Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Experience as technical lead and hands-on engineer for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, architecture, roadmap, and operating model for SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, intranet, and enterprise search.
• Provide strategic and technical leadership for Teams as a collaboration platform with external collaboration and telephony coordination.
• Perform hands-on configuration, engineering, and advanced troubleshooting while managing MSP delivery.
• Own the intranet and enterprise search product direction, backlogs, releases, and governance.
• Ensure governance, identity, access, lifecycle, retention, and information protection aligned with regulatory requirements.
