Job summary

Travere Therapeutics, Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Collaboration & Web Services to lead the Microsoft 365 platform strategy and architecture across SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and intranet initiatives in San Diego with optional remote work.

As a hands-on leader, you will own the platform roadmap, govern Enterprise Content Management, and guide MSP delivery while maintaining deep technical expertise in 365 tooling, Viva, Purview, and identity management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in enterprise collaboration, digital workplace, Microsoft 365 platforms, enterprise content management, or related technologies.
Demonstrated experience serving as both the technical lead and hands-on engineer for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead the long-term strategy, architecture, roadmap, and operating model for SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, the corporate intranet, enterprise search, and selected Viva capabilities.
Provide strategic and technical leadership for Microsoft Teams as a collaboration platform, including chat, channels, Teams-connected sites where appropriate, meetings as collaboration, guest access, and external collaboration.
Serve as the senior technical practitioner for the collaboration platform, performing hands-on configuration, engineering, and advanced troubleshooting while leveraging MSPs for scale.
Serve as product owner for the corporate intranet and enterprise search, directing backlogs, releases, information architecture, templates, publishing standards, taxonomy, search configuration, content ownership, and employee-experience measures.
Establish platform governance, identity, access, lifecycle, records, retention, and information-protection standards; ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, Sarbanes-Oxley, data privacy, and ERM requirements.
Lead migration remediation and platform modernization, including Egnyte-to-SharePoint cleanup, and oversee cross-functional initiatives from discovery to adoption and value realization.
Partner with business leaders to translate needs into recommendations and coordinate training, change management, and a network of site owners and content stewards.
Direct MSP and vendor delivery, including scope, SOWs, backlog, service levels, change control, and knowledge transfer while maintaining technical ownership.
