Job summary
Travere Therapeutics, a leading biopharmaceutical company, is seeking an Associate Director, Collaboration & Web Services (M365 Platform Lead) to own and advance the Microsoft 365 collaboration environment. You will balance strategic planning with hands-on engineering, overseeing MSP partners and directing platform roadmaps, governance, and intranet initiatives.
The role requires deep technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to collaborate with multiple functions while ensuring secure,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 8+ years in enterprise collaboration and Microsoft 365 platforms.
- Experience as technical lead and hands-on engineer for Microsoft 365.
Responsibilities
- Lead long-term strategy, architecture, roadmap, and operating model for SharePoint Online and Teams.
- Provide strategic and technical leadership for Teams, including external collaboration and meetings.
- Hands-on configuration, engineering, and advanced troubleshooting for the platform.
- Own intranet, enterprise search, and governance; manage MSP delivery and audits.
- Partner with leaders to translate needs into clear recommendations and drive adoption.
