Job summary

Travere Therapeutics, based in San Diego, is seeking an Associate Director for Collaboration & Web Services (M365 Platform Lead). You will own the Microsoft 365 collaboration environment—SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, the intranet, and enterprise search—and guide platform strategy and governance.

In this role, you will lead hands-on configuration and advanced troubleshooting while managing MSPs, ensuring secure, scalable digital workplace solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in enterprise collaboration, digital workplace, Microsoft 365 platforms, or related technologies.
• Demonstrated experience serving as the technical lead and hands-on engineer for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the long-term strategy, architecture, roadmap, and operating model for SharePoint Online and Teams.
• Provide technical leadership for Teams including chat, channels, and external collaboration; coordinate with mobility and meeting-room tech teams.
• Perform hands-on configuration, engineering, and advanced troubleshooting for the collaboration platform; oversee MSP delivery.
