Job summary

Travere Therapeutics seeks an experienced Associate Director to lead the Microsoft 365 Collaboration Platform, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business, from a strategic and hands-on perspective. You will partner with MSPs, own the platform roadmap, and ensure secure, scalable, and compliant digital workplace solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in enterprise collaboration and Microsoft 365 platforms.
Technical leadership and hands-on engineering for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy and roadmap for SharePoint Online and Teams.
Provide hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and deep technical execution.
Oversee MSP delivery while maintaining technical ownership of the platform.
Act as product owner for the intranet and enterprise search, defining templates and publishing standards.
Establish governance, identity, access, lifecycle, and information-protection standards.
Lead migrations and platform modernization, including cross-functional initiatives.
Collaborate with business teams to translate needs into actionable recommendations and training.
Manage MSP and vendor delivery, including SLAs, backlogs, and knowledge transfer.
