This role combines hands-on engineering with strategic leadership and may require up to 10% travel. A Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; equivalent combination may be considered.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in enterprise collaboration, digital workplace, Microsoft 365 platforms, or related technologies.
• Demonstrated experience serving as both the technical lead and hands-on engineer for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term strategy, architecture, roadmap, and operating model for SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, intranet, enterprise search, and Viva capabilities.
• Provide strategic and technical leadership for Teams as a collaboration platform, including external collaboration and policy coordination.
• Act as senior technical practitioner for collaboration platform, performing hands-on configuration, engineering, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Own intranet and enterprise search; direct backlogs, releases, information architecture, and publishing standards.
• Establish governance, identity, access, lifecycle, retention, and information-protection standards across the platform.
• Drive migration remediation and platform modernization, overseeing cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate needs into recommendations and coordinate training and ownership networks.
