Job summary
Travere Therapeutics, a leading biopharmaceutical company, seeks an Associate Director for Collaboration & Web Services (M365 Platform Lead) to oversee and advance our Microsoft 365 collaboration environment. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on engineering to ensure secure, scalable solutions across SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, intranet, and Viva capabilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in enterprise collaboration and MS 365 platforms
- Demonstrated experience as technical lead and hands-on engineer for Microsoft 365 platforms
Responsibilities
- Lead long-term strategy, architecture, roadmap for SharePoint Online and Teams
- Provide technical leadership for Teams including external collaboration and policy coordination
- Hands-on configuration, engineering, and advanced troubleshooting for collaboration platform
- Own intranet and enterprise search product direction, backlogs, and taxonomy
- Establish governance, identity, access, lifecycle, and information-protection standards
- Lead migrations and modernization, oversee MSP delivery and project scopes
- Collaborate with business leaders to translate needs into actionable platform changes
- Direct MSP/vendor delivery, including SLAs, change control, and knowledge transfer
