Job summary
Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Collaboration & Web Services (M365 Platform Lead) in San Diego, with remote options, to own the enterprise Microsoft 365 collaboration stack. You will lead architecture, governance, and strategic delivery while hands-on engineering complex configurations and migrations.
The role partners across security, Legal, Compliance, and IT to ensure secure, compliant, and adopted digital workplace services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in enterprise collaboration, digital workplace, Microsoft 365 platforms, enterprise content management, or related technologies.
- Demonstrated experience serving as both the technical lead and hands-on engineer for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the long-term strategy, architecture, roadmap, and operating model for SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams collaboration, OneDrive for Business, the corporate intranet, enterprise search, and selected Viva capabilities.
- Provide strategic and technical leadership for Microsoft Teams as a collaboration platform.
- Serve as the senior technical practitioner for the collaboration platform, performing hands-on configuration and troubleshooting.
