Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director for Collaboration & Web Services to lead the Microsoft 365 platform, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and intranet. You will balance strategic leadership with hands-on configuration and work with MSPs to deliver scalable collaboration solutions.

The role requires deep technical expertise, governance, and the ability to align with regulatory requirements while driving platform modernization and adoption across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in enterprise collaboration, digital workplace, Microsoft 365 platforms, or related technologies.
• Demonstrated experience as technical lead and hands-on engineer for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term strategy, architecture, roadmap, and operating model for SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, intranet, and enterprise search.
• Provide strategic and technical leadership for Teams collaboration including guests and external collaboration.
• Perform hands-on configuration, engineering, and troubleshooting while overseeing MSP delivery.
