Job summary

Travere Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical company focused on rare diseases, is seeking an Associate Director, Collaboration & Web Services (M365 Platform Lead) in San Diego with remote consideration. You will lead the enterprise Microsoft 365 collaboration environment, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive, owning platform roadmap and governance.

You will balance strategic leadership with hands-on configuration and work with vendors to deliver secure, scalable collaboration solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise collaboration and Microsoft 365
• Experience as technical lead and hands-on engineer for 365 collaboration platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead the long-term strategy, architecture, roadmap for SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, intranet, enterprise search, and Viva capabilities
• Provide technical leadership for Teams including chats, channels, meetings, external collaboration; coordinate telephony and meeting-room tech
• Perform hands-on configuration, engineering, and advanced troubleshooting while overseeing MSP delivery
• Own intranet and enterprise search product direction, backlogs, publishing standards, taxonomy, and content ownership
• Establish platform governance, identity, access, lifecycle, records retention, and information-protection standards
• Lead migration remediation and platform modernization including Egnyte-to-SharePoint
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate needs into solutions and coordinate training and change management
• Direct MSP/vendor delivery including scope, SLAs, backlog, and knowledge transfer
