Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Partner to support a large-scale integrated supply chain operation in Charlotte, NC. You will oversee end-to-end logistics activities, drive performance improvements, and act as a trusted adviser to customers and internal stakeholders.

The role requires strong logistics expertise, analytical thinking, systems knowledge, and a passion for continuous improvement. Expect exposure to multiple transportation modes and collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, transportation, or customer operations.
• Experience with both import and export operations is preferred.
• Strong systems knowledge and analytical skills with transportation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer programs according to SOPs, IOps, and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as operational advisor.
• Support end-to-end transportation and supply chain operations across modes.
• Analyze service performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to translate challenges into actions.
• Lead operational reviews and KPI reporting for customers and leadership.
• Coordinate new projects, system enhancements, and initiatives.
• Manage operational exceptions and ensure timely issue resolution.
