Job summary

Maersk in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Partner to support a large-scale integrated Supply Chain operation. You will manage end-to-end logistics, leverage data and systems to deliver excellent customer outcomes, and act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders.

The role requires 2+ years in logistics, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with transportation management platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer operations.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with transportation management platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer programs in accordance with SOPs, IOPs, and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Support end-to-end transportation and supply chain operations across multiple modes.
• Analyze service performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to translate challenges into solutions.
• Lead operational reviews and prepare KPI reporting for customers and leadership.
• Coordinate new projects, system enhancements, and operational initiatives.
• Manage operational exceptions and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with Control Tower, Program Management, and Global Service Center teams.
• Drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis and performance management.
