Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Partner in Charlotte, NC (or The Woodlands, TX) to manage a portfolio of Integrated Ocean and SCM accounts within Automotive and Industrial sectors. You will be the main customer contact, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless shipment lifecycles and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• 3–5 years of Ocean logistics industry experience, ideally shipping operations or customer service.
• Experience with SCM and LCL operations.
• Strong Excel and data analytics/reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Integrated Ocean and SCM accounts in Automotive and Industrial sectors.
• Serve as primary customer contact ensuring positive experience throughout shipment lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and meet targets.
• Monitor service levels, milestones, and performance metrics for cargo movement.
• Identify and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
• Deliver customized reporting and insights for customer scorecards.
• Analyze trends and root causes to drive improvements.
• Maintain high vendor performance to ensure timely delivery.
• Support onboarding and development of junior team members.
• Identify opportunities to introduce Maersk products and services to meet customer needs.
• Continuously expand knowledge of Maersk solutions and apply best practices.
