Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Partner to support a large-scale integrated Supply Chain Management operation. This role oversees end-to-end logistics activities, leveraging data, systems, and insights to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

As a trusted partner to customers and internal stakeholders, you will identify improvement opportunities, analyze performance trends, and drive excellence across complex logistics processes with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, transportation, or customer operations.
• Strong systems knowledge and comfort with transportation management platforms.
• Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to identify business trends and process improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer programs in accordance with defined SOPs, IOPs, and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as a trusted operational advisor.
• Support end-to-end transportation and supply chain operations across multiple modes.
• Analyze service performance, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Lead operational reviews and prepare KPI reporting for customers and leadership teams.
